Jerome Matter

Jerome Matter, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Associate Manager of Project Management - Pest Control at SC Johnson since April 2013. In this role, Jerome led teams that developed and launched new products, including the Perimeter Protection/Kitchen Defense and Ant & Roach Killer AR28 formulation, and received the SC Johnson 2020 Technical Award for aerosol cap development. Previously, Jerome held positions at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included creating design standards for microchannel heat exchangers, and at Modine Manufacturing, leading the design of electric air conditioning systems for hybrid trucks. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Product Development from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
