Mandy Crotta

Mandy Crotta has extensive experience in demand planning and project management, currently serving as Associate Manager of Demand Planning at SC Johnson since August 2004. In this role, Mandy directs the development of short and long-range sales forecasts, collaborating with various departments to analyze historical volume trends and key demand drivers. Prior to this, Mandy served as a Special Pack Project Planner, managing the complete lifecycle of special pack projects and coordinating with outsourcing partners and suppliers. Earlier experience includes working as a Packaging Technologist at 3M, where Mandy completed a barcode compliance project and established packaging standards. Mandy holds a Packaging Management and Technology Diploma and a Graphic Arts Electronic Pre-Press Diploma from Mohawk College, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies at Athabasca University.
