Martha S. Buffington

Martha S. Buffington is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as VP of EU Supply Chain at SC Johnson since January 2022, Martha previously held the role of Chief Procurement Officer at DSM, where oversight included €5B in external spending and a global team of 300, achieving €90M in annual savings. Martha's prior tenure at The Coca-Cola Company spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Chief Procurement Officer for the Bottling Investments Group, managing $4B in procurement across 16 countries. Martha's strategic leadership in crafting procurement systems, driving digital transformation, and enhancing sustainable practices has consistently resulted in significant savings and operational efficiencies. Martha holds an MBA in International Business from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Georgetown University. Additional executive education was completed at Harvard Business School.
