Stan Chelsea

Stan Chelsea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Regional Manager for Operational Excellence (OPEX) at SC Johnson, Stan has been instrumental in expanding OPEX initiatives across various teams in North America. Previous roles include Regional Lean Leader and Global Process Owner, where contributions involved implementing Lean methodologies and streamlining global trade compliance processes. In addition to corporate roles, Stan is an Adjunct Professor at Gateway Technical College, teaching supply chain management. Stan’s career also includes significant positions at Panalpina and Mitsubishi Logistics, complemented by an educational background featuring two master’s degrees in supply chain management from Elmhurst University.
