Tara Kowalski

Tara Kowalski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in research, development, and innovation within the consumer goods and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director for RD&E International Home Cleaning Group at SC Johnson since May 2008, Tara leads regional RD&E teams and the Global Supply Chain Innovation team, focusing on operational excellence and strategic accountability. Previously, Tara held various roles at SC Johnson, including Senior Director of End-to-End Innovation. With a robust background in water filtration technology from Pentair, where Tara served as Director of Research & Development, and academic experience as a lecturer at Milwaukee School of Engineering, Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
