Erika Lindeman

Erika Lindeman's work experience starts in 2009 as a Public Safety Dispatcher at the University of California Police Department. Erika then worked as a Communications Dispatcher and Training Officer at the Santa Rosa Police Department from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they were the Records Bureau Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police at the City of Sausalito from 2014 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2017, Erika served as the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Platinum Advisors, LLC, supporting the CEO in various ventures.

In 2018, they joined Sonoma Lab Works as the Operations Administrator/Sales Executive, overseeing lab facilities and establishing business operations. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Business Development, helping clients launch new industry products and increasing testing revenue. Erika remained in that position until 2022.

In 2020, Erika also served as a Board Member at Sonoma County Growers Alliance.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined SC Labs as a Senior Business Development Manager.

Erika Lindeman has an extensive education history. Erika earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from Western Governors University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the same institution from 2011 to 2012.

Earlier in their academic journey, Erika attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 2008 to 2010 where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Natural Sciences and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies.

In addition to their academic achievements, Erika has obtained several certifications. Erika earned the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in 2017. In 2012, they obtained the Project+ certification from CompTIA. Furthermore, Erika completed the Women's Leadership Institute, offered by the International Association of Chiefs of Police, although the specific year of completion is unknown.
