Neya Jourabchian

Neya Jourabchian has an extensive work experience in the laboratory industry. Neya is currently serving as the Laboratory Director at SC Labs since August 2022. Prior to this, they were the President/Co-Founder of Cannsultation starting from July 2020. Moreover, they worked at CannaSafe in two different periods. From March 2021 to July 2022, they held the position of Lab Director, and from July 2019 to July 2020, they served as the Analytical Lab Manager and Scientist. In these roles, they managed various departments, ensured the compliance of methods and standard operating procedures, and oversaw operations and production.

Before joining the laboratory industry, Neya worked as a Graduate Research/Teaching Assistant at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from August 2015 to November 2017, where they conducted research on metal-based catalysts and developed analytical methods for various projects. Prior to that, they held the same position at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from August 2013 to August 2015, where their research focused on dinitrosyl iron compounds. In both roles, they operated various instruments and handled air-sensitive compounds.

Neya Jourabchian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Sharif University of Technology, which was obtained from 2007 to 2012. They then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between 2013 and 2015. Finally, they completed a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2015 to 2017.
