Phil Norwood

Phil Norwood is currently serving as the President and Senior Vice President at SC&A, Inc., a prominent environmental and energy consulting company based in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to their current role, Phil held the position of Partner at ERM and Senior Program Manager at EC/R Incorporated. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Pfeiffer University.
