Brandon Anaya has over eight years of experience in relationship management and client retention within the financial services and cash service industries. At Fresno First Bank, Brandon served as a Relationship Manager from February 2015 to July 2018, effectively utilizing communication and business intelligence skills to drive revenue growth and provide qualified referrals for cross-selling opportunities. Previously, as a District Manager at Check Into Cash from April 2010 to February 2015, Brandon developed innovative client retention strategies and addressed client inquiries and complaints to enhance the overall customer experience. Brandon holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Reedley College, earned between 2005 and 2007.
