Kara Kurtz

Kara Kurtz, MSOL, currently serves as the Learning and Development Leader at SCA Pharma since June 2025. Previously, Kara was an Adjunct Instructor at Goodwin University from September 2021 to June 2025 and held the position of Senior Training and Development Specialist at Edgewell Personal Care from May 2021 to June 2025. Prior roles include multiple leadership positions at QuEST Global from December 2006 to April 2020, Assistant Plant Manager at Transwheel Corporation from November 2003 to December 2006, and Operations Manager at FedEx Ground from January 2001 to November 2003. Kara holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management and Leadership from Goodwin University, as well as a Certificate in Strategic Leadership from GlobalNxt University.
