Bill Rump

Bill Rump is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Product Software Manager at SCA Promotions since February 2003, Bill oversees technology products for gaming and traditional lines, including promotional kiosk software and a prize coverage outcome generator system. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Donor Direct, Chief System Architect at @Track Communications/HighwayMaster, and Software Engineer positions at Texas Instruments and General Dynamics, where Bill contributed to significant defense projects, including missile software for the Department of Defense and the F-16 weapon management system. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.
