Simon's extensive experience at KMD included roles such as Business Line Director and Sales Director, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, sales strategy development, and overseeing significant turnover. With a career initiated at Kommunernes Revision and expertise in strategic management consulting, Simon has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and collaboration across various projects and teams.
