Linah Alwhaibi

Linah AlWhaibi is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at SCAI since March 2024. Prior to this role, Linah worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at manafa from June 2023 to March 2024, and gained valuable experience as a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Lean Business Services between January 2022 and January 2023, responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and various national projects. Linah began a career in talent acquisition at Takamol Holding, where duties included sourcing and arranging interviews for qualified candidates. Linah's journey in human resources commenced with a summer training position in the HR department at Riyadh Valley Company in August 2020. Linah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from King Saud University, completed in 2021.
