Daniel Rice

Daniel Rice serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SCal Mobile since 2019, overseeing operations for a global midsize business. In addition to this role, Daniel co-founded Upside, LLC in March 2019 and previously held the position of Co-Founder & President at Upside Health Inc. from January 2020 until December 2021, during which time over 20 million ASTM medical face masks were supplied to various entities, including hospitals and government agencies. Notably, Daniel has facilitated the donation of over 500,000 medical face masks to underserved communities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business, a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Business from Emory University, a summer semester in Political Science and Government from Hertie School, and a high school education from Shanghai American School as an honors student-athlete.
