Dwayne Refford

Dwayne Refford has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and system integration. Dwayne started their career at Adelphia Cable Communications as a Sr. Test Engineer, where they tested various software and hardware components and maintained test equipment. Dwayne then joined Motorola as a System Integration and Test Engineer, where they tested software applications and installed and configured Motorola & Arris Headend equipment. Dwayne also wrote test plans and reports for key stakeholders. Dwayne also worked as an Independent Contractor at SeaChange International, where they conducted end-to-end testing of Music Choice on Demand using Motorola and SA Headend and STB. At GuideWorks, they worked as a Contractor Sr. Headend Engineer, where they installed, integrated, and troubleshooted headend components and servers. Dwayne also worked with vendors to resolve product issues. Later, at Motorola, they served as a Senior System Integration and Test Engineer, focusing on writing test plans and reports and testing hardware components.
