Joshua Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joshua is currently working as a Technical Project Manager at Scala since November 2021. During their tenure, they improved brand recognition and uniformity for clients and increased website traffic through effective interfaces and online marketing efforts. Joshua also had experience as a Creative Partner at Brothers In Arms Design, LLP from July 2006 to August 2007, as well as a Graphic Designer at Dunn Creative Media, Inc. from June 2004 to July 2006. Joshua started their career as a Creative Manager at The Daily Collegian in May 2005, where they served until December of the same year.

Joshua Smith pursued their education in a chronological manner. Joshua attended Holy Ghost Preparatory from 1997 to 2001, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they enrolled at Penn State University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Arts with a focus on Printmaking and New Media Design. After a brief break, they attended Bucks County Community College from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued Graphic Design with a specific focus on CSS & XHTML and PHP & MySQL.

In addition to their formal education, Joshua has obtained several certifications related to project management. Joshua acquired these certifications on Coursera, with the most recent being "Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World" and "Google Project Management: Specialization" in March 2022. Prior to that, they completed various other certifications in project management, including "Agile Project Management," "Foundations of Project Management," "Google Project Management | Specialization," "Project Execution: Running the Project," "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project," and "Project Planning: Putting It All Together," all in January 2022.
