Mike Allen has a solid work experience in various industries. Mike started their career in 2002 as a Program Assistant at Cornell University, where they were responsible for managing annual class reunions and handling the hiring and training of student employees. In 2006, they joined the Stanford Graduate School of Business as a US Regional Outreach Associate, where they coordinated alumni chapter activities and special donor events.

In 2008, Mike moved into the field operations field. Mike worked as a Field Operations Supervisor at Reactrix Systems, Inc, overseeing system deployments and managing the day-to-day operations and tracking of system equipment. Later that year, they joined Helios Interactive (A Freeman Company) as the Director of Field Operations. In this role, they managed client relationships and operations/logistics for various marketing campaigns, DOOH advertising campaigns, and special events.

In 2010, Mike joined enVu, LLC as the West Coast Operations Manager, a subsidiary of STRATACACHE. Mike played a key role in leveraging interactivity, mobile applications, and social media networks in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising.

In 2012, Mike continued their journey at STRATACACHE, this time as a Senior Systems Engineer. Mike worked closely with over 300 large firms in sectors such as retail, finance, service, hospitality, manufacturing, media, and government, providing them with solutions to drive business growth and increase productivity.

Most recently, Mike joined Scala in 2018 as a Senior Technical Account Manager, where they utilize their technical expertise to manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Mike Allen attended Cornell University from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study. In 2019, they also obtained certifications from the Digital Signage Experts Group, namely the DSCE and DSDE certifications.
