Tuan Vu has a diverse range of work experience in the field of QA engineering and system testing. Tuan started their career at Unisys in 1990 as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for designing, coding, and implementing various subsystems of the voice response application platform. Tuan also provided customer technical support, troubleshooting, and installation for telephony network integration. Tuan then became a System Analyst, where they supported software modules for the TELCOM platform and provided detailed system analysis and planning. In 2000, they transitioned to the role of Senior System Test Engineer at Unisys, where they were responsible for qualifying messaging products and reviewing design and functional specifications. Tuan later worked as a Senior System Test Engineer/Consultant, where they qualified the Sprint Nextgen Messaging solution and mentored outsourcing consultants and engineers. In 2013, they joined Scala as a Senior QA Engineer.
Tuan Vu attended Spring Garden College from 1986 to 1990, earning a degree in Software Engineering.
