Matt Kita

Matthew Kita is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and blockchain technology. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Cathedra Bitcoin and as Partner & General Counsel at Axiom, a bitcoin-focused corporate finance firm, Matthew also curates for Bitcoin Jawn and is a Charter Member of TechGC, an independent community for General Counsels. Previous roles include General Counsel at Cathedra Bitcoin, Associate General Counsel at BitGo, and Corporate Counsel at FIS, with a strong background in corporate governance, securities law, and advising on blockchain regulations. Matthew holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University, a J.D. from Penn State Law, and a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University.
