Emerald Dugayo

Emerald Dugayo has a strong background in technical recruiting. Emerald started their career as a Recruitment Intern at Cognizant in 2014. After that, they worked at Collabera as a Technical Recruiter from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for managing the end-to-end IT recruitment process, sourcing candidates through various methods, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients. Emerald then joined RCG Global Services as a Technical Recruiter in 2017 and continued in that role until 2022. At RCG, they worked closely with recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and communicate with the team on open job requirements. In 2022, they joined Oracle as a Talent Sourcer and worked there until the end of the year. Currently, they are working at SCALABLE OS as a Technical Recruiter.

Emerald Dugayo completed their education in the field of Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Development Management, earning a Bachelor's degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Emerald attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
