Tom Bogus

Tom Bogus is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational management and sales, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Scalac since May 2018. Tom has held leadership positions including Head of Sales and Business Development Executive, focusing on innovative digital product engineering and real-time data-centric applications. Previous roles include building Infusionsoft's presence as Partner for the CEE Region at Keap and co-founding Effictory, where Tom oversaw a cloud-based AI digital factory system. Prior experience spans significant positions at T-Mobile, T-Systems International GmbH, and Deloitte, emphasizing sales and strategic solutions in the ICT sector.
