John Giordano

John Giordano is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in managing high-end commercial renovation projects, ranging from $500 thousand to $10 million in scope. Currently working at Peter Scalamandre & Sons Construction since July 2022, John previously held senior project management and chief estimator roles at FJM - Ferro, Inc., and Koenig Iron Works Inc. With a foundational background in estimating and project management from Steel Fab, Inc. and WDF Inc., John possesses expertise in coordinating manpower, materials, and scheduling, as well as analyzing drawings and assessing change orders. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix, along with two Associate's degrees in Construction Management from SUNY Westchester Community College and Manhattanville University.
