Wendy Wilson

Wendy Wilson has a diverse work experience in the textile industry. Wendy worked as an Assistant VP at Scalamandre, starting in 2017. Prior to that, they held the same position at Stark Carpet, starting in 2016. Wendy also had a long tenure at Impact Innovations, Inc., where they held the role of Director of Textile Product Design and Development from 2012 to 2015. During their time at Impact Innovations, they managed a design team and in-house sample department, developed seasonal product strategies, and implemented costing and pricing frameworks to maximize consumer value. Before their director role, they worked as a Textile Product Designer at Impact Innovations from 1999 to 2012. In this role, they led the creative direction for the development of seasonal textile programs and focused on strengthening various style categories while maintaining the brand.

Wendy Wilson attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Fine Arts. Prior to that, they were enrolled at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst from 1993 to 1994, focusing on Landscape Architecture. In addition to their education, Wendy has obtained a certification as a DCA Certified Gemologist from the Diamond Council of America.
