Arlene Reynolds is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in leading customer operations and operational management within the food delivery and fintech industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Scalapay, Arlene has previously held significant roles including Global Head of Customer Operations at JUST EAT, Operations Director at Menulog Group Limited, and Head of Operations at Just-Eat. Additionally, Arlene has contributed as Operations Manager at FEXCO. Arlene's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both obtained from the University of Galway.
