Michele Petrone

Michele Petrone is a seasoned digital product designer and university lecturer with extensive experience in UX/UI design. Currently serving as a university lecturer at NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, Michele teaches courses in UX/UI design and UX design. As the lead product designer at Scalapay, responsibilities include managing a team of designers, conducting performance reviews, and mentoring team members. Additional roles include lecturing in the Web & Digital design master’s program at SPD Scuola politecnica di Design and previous positions at UniCredit SpA, Luxottica, and Accenture Italia, focusing on user experience improvement and design system validation. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design & Art Direction from NABA and a Master's in Business Data Analysis from Talent Garden, alongside other relevant educational qualifications.
