David Ryan Hayes

David Ryan Hayes is a dedicated professional with experience in roadway design and aquatic instruction. Currently serving as a Roadway Design Intern at Scalar Consulting Group Inc. since June 2016, David previously worked as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at Glenview Park District, where public relations with patrons and parents were prioritized. Earlier experience includes a role as a Water Safety Instructor for the City of Melbourne, focusing on teaching swimming to various age groups and fostering communication with guardians regarding students' progress. David holds a degree in Structural Engineering from the University of South Florida, complemented by a High School Diploma from Wayland Academy.
