Carlos Leonel Ramirez

Carlos Leonel Ramirez has over 10 years of work experience. In 2008, they began their career at Ericsson as a Customer Network Support Engineer and Network Telecommunications Engineer. In 2017, they founded SyProTec and also worked as an IT Trainer at Instituto Técnico de Capacitación y Productividad, INTECAP. In 2020, they worked as a Network & Security Consultant at IGSS Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social and as an IoT Software Technical Support at HCL Technologies. In 2021, they worked as an IT Infraestructure Project Manager at Conduent. Currently, they are working as a Cloud Project Manager at Escala 24x7 Inc. and as an IT Trainer at Edutek.

Carlos Leonel Ramirez has a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, which they obtained from 2001 to 2009. Carlos Leonel then went on to obtain a Postgraduate Degree in Information Technology Project Management from Universidad Galileo in 2014. Lastly, they obtained their Master of Science - MS in Project Management from Universidad Galileo in 2015.
