Jorge Buchely Rodriguez

Jorge Buchely Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jorge started their career at La Joya, where they worked as an Analyst of Software, Asegurador de Calidad, and Gestor de Incidentes. During this time, they were responsible for documenting cases of use and business, participating in technology and process committees, and managing service desk teams.

In 2010, Jorge joined Inveligent as a Project Manager, leading technological projects and overseeing schedules, meetings, and requirements gathering. Jorge also served as a Technology Consultant for voice technology projects.

Moving on to MyM Travel Group in 2013, Jorge assumed the role of Gerente de Proyectos Tecnológicos, managing development and analysis teams, proposing technological solutions, and coordinating with UX and foreign software development teams. Jorge also took on the position of Product Owner for Chekeando.com, where they prioritized work backlog, wrote user stories, validated their fulfillment, and collaborated with the development and Scrum Master teams.

From 2020 to 2021, Jorge worked at Nodel as a PMO Manager, responsible for project management office functions and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

In 2021, Jorge joined Cargill as an iQuatic Implementation Specialist, where they implemented iQuatic technology solutions until 2022.

In 2022, Jorge became an Enterprise Agility Advisor at Enterprise Agility Institute®.

Most recently, Jorge joined Escala 24x7 Inc. as a Project Manager in February 2023, leading projects for the company.

Jorge Buchely Rodriguez obtained a Licenciado en Sistemas de Información degree from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, which they pursued from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they also completed a degree in Analista de Sistemas from the same institution, from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Jorge has obtained several certifications, including the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org in July 2023, the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2023. Jorge has also earned the Agile Coach Professional Certificate from CertiProf, as well as certifications in PMP and Scrum Master from the Project Management Institute and CertiProf respectively, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
