Luis Alberto Medina Marquez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Head of Finance and Lead of Finance South America at Escala 24x7 Inc. since May 2021, Luis has previously held positions at Telefónica, where responsibilities included advising on new transactions and financial statement re-expressions. Other significant roles include Supervisor of Finance at Galpa Export Corp and various positions at Telefónica Venezuela, focusing on financial reporting and account reconciliation. Luis started a career at Deloitte as an Assistant Auditor, gaining valuable experience in financial audits. An alumnus of the University of Buenos Aires with specialization in Financial Administration and a degree in Public Accounting from UCAB, Luis possesses a strong educational background complemented by certifications in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
