Ruben Vecchionacce Ferro

Ruben Vecchionacce Ferro began their work experience in 2007 as a Web Programmer at e-BCORP. In 2008, they joined SAP as a Technical Quality Manager, where they developed and maintained strong customer relationships and acted as a Trusted Advisor, providing unbiased guidance. During their time at SAP, they successfully completed the delivery of over 400 contract days across 30 projects and led and coordinated the involvement of SAP support resources from various countries. In 2021, Ruben began working as an IT Specialist on a freelance basis. In 2023, they joined Escala 24x7 Inc. as an Account Manager.

Ruben Vecchionacce Ferro pursued an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed their TSU Informatica degree from Instituto Universitario de Mercadotecnia ISUM, spanning from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, in March 2019, Ruben obtained a certification in Customer Engagement Skills as a Technical Quality Manager through the SAP Premium Engagement program.
