Ashish Patel

Ashish Patel is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in digital transformation and software engineering. Currently serving as the Fractional CTO at the Africa Digital Media Institute since August 2024, Ashish oversees technology initiatives, IT infrastructure, and data security. As the Founder of alphathesis since April 2021, Ashish builds software engineering teams and solutions. Additionally, Ashish holds multiple roles as an Angel Investor and Advisor for various innovative companies, including nobuk, Mosmos, OKOA Rescue, Filmmakers Mart, Scale, Zeraki, and SUKHIBA, all focused on enhancing financial services and technology in Africa. Ashish earned a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer & Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
