Terkel Douglas is a Senior Investment Associate at Scale Capital since March 2021, focusing on early-stage venture funding in the Nordic region with a particular interest in digitization and disruptive technologies. Terkel also serves as a Board Member for Denominator and MeetingPackage, a Board Observer for Mazepay and Alex Therapeutics, and co-founded Domjan Haven, an ecotourism initiative near Kaziranga National Park. Previous experience includes roles at BankInvest, where significant contributions led to the launch of sustainable reporting and a substantial increase in assets under management for Darwin Roboadvisor, as well as an internship at Bregal Milestone. Terkel holds a Master's degree in Social Science and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by summer studies at Copenhagen Business School.
