Yuri Kolesov

Yuri Kolesov is an experienced professional in the field of information security and engineering, currently serving as the Information Security Lead at Scale Final since April 2025. Previously, Yuri held the position of Senior DevSecOps Engineer at Zeal Capital Market (UK) Limited from September 2022 to April 2025, and before that, worked as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Tango Me, where responsibilities included implementing payment gateway infrastructure, optimizing costs, and reducing alert noise. Earlier roles include serving as the Head of Cyber Security and Infrastructure at PAYMO Russia, where Yuri developed and supported PCI DSS compliant infrastructure, and as a DevSecOps engineer at TIM CONNECT, focusing on startup architecture development and scaling. Yuri holds a degree in Information Systems in Economics from Ryazan State Radiotechnical University and a law degree from the Moscow Institute of Economics, Management and Law.
