Frances Scovil

Frances Scovil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Frances currently works as the Managing Director of RCM Consulting at SCALE Healthcare, where they lead client engagements for SCALE RCM, LLC. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management at CenterWell Home Health, where they were responsible for upgrading the revenue cycle process for the largest home health provider in the US.

Frances has also worked as an Independent Consultant at The Process Engine, LLC, where they provided consulting services in strategy and operations for small and emerging technology and manufacturing firms. Frances served as the Director of Healthcare Revenue Cycle at PSA Healthcare, where they restructured the revenue cycle process for the growing home healthcare firm. Frances has also held roles at Elavon, Inc. as the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement and Global Business Change, at Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Inc. as the COO/CFO, and at HD Supply as the Director of Strategic Business Development.

Additionally, Frances has experience as a Consultant and Interim Executive at The Process Engine, LLC, where they provided consulting services in strategy and operations. Frances also served as the Vice President of Operations at Photonic Sensor, Inc., managing manufacturing engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and facilities. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at Digital Transmission Systems, Inc., where they oversaw manufacturing engineering, production, supply chain, and quality.

Throughout their career, Frances has demonstrated expertise in revenue cycle management, process improvement, team management, and strategic planning.

Frances Scovil has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Production Management and International Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Crosby Quality Certificate from Crosby Quality College and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
