Frances has also worked as an Independent Consultant at The Process Engine, LLC, where they provided consulting services in strategy and operations for small and emerging technology and manufacturing firms. Frances served as the Director of Healthcare Revenue Cycle at PSA Healthcare, where they restructured the revenue cycle process for the growing home healthcare firm. Frances has also held roles at Elavon, Inc. as the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement and Global Business Change, at Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Inc. as the COO/CFO, and at HD Supply as the Director of Strategic Business Development.
Additionally, Frances has experience as a Consultant and Interim Executive at The Process Engine, LLC, where they provided consulting services in strategy and operations. Frances also served as the Vice President of Operations at Photonic Sensor, Inc., managing manufacturing engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and facilities. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at Digital Transmission Systems, Inc., where they oversaw manufacturing engineering, production, supply chain, and quality.
