John Mitnick

John Mitnick is currently a Partner at Scale LLP and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Draganfly Inc., a publicly-traded company that creates drone solutions, software, and AI systems for various industries. John is also a Charter Member at TechGC, an invitation-only community for General Counsels. Previously, Mitnick held positions such as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Valaurum, Inc., General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Raytheon. With a background in law from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oxford, Mitnick has had a diverse and impressive career in both the public and private sectors.
