Michael Furman

Michael Furman is the Director of the Contact Center at Scale Media. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Member Experience at HOMER, responsible for the customer support team and enhancing customer experience and retention. Michael has also served as the Vice President of Customer Support at Age of Learning, Inc./ABCmouse.com, and as the President of Customer Success at Make It Happen Consulting. Michael has extensive experience in customer care and support, and is dedicated to providing excellent service to Scale Media's customers.

Michael Furman attended Adelphi University for their Bachelor of Arts in Education and Sociology. Michael then attended the University of Pittsburgh for their Master of Arts in Education. Lastly, they attended Massapequa High School for their Doctor of Education.

Their manager is Ben Flohr, Co-Founder. They work with Keith Deming - Head of Engineering, Neelam Fakir - Sr. Director, Acquisition, and Naama Mor Ostreicher - Director, Data & Analytics.
