Ryli Hennessey

Ryli Hennessey has a strong background in marketing and communications with over a decade of experience in various roles. Most recently, Ryli has been working at Scale Media as the Director of Lifecycle Marketing since 2023. Prior to that, Ryli worked at CNE Media as the Senior Director of Marketing from 2018 to 2021, where they managed a team of 7 marketers and designers and successfully supported an e-commerce product with consistent revenue growth.

Before CNE Media, Ryli worked at Mayvenn as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, where they collaborated with teams to drive product launches and customer retention through strategic campaigns. They also organized campaigns that resulted in significant sales growth. Prior to that, Ryli worked at StyleSeat as an Email Marketing Manager, Copywriter, and Consumer Marketing Manager, where they excelled in developing creative copy and brand voice guidelines across various marketing platforms.

Earlier in their career, Ryli worked as an Email Marketing Consultant at 500px, where they designed and optimized marketing campaigns. They also gained experience as an Email Marketing Specialist at Rosetta Stone and as an Email Marketing Manager at Livemocha, where they were responsible for creating engaging campaigns and driving sales and retention.

Ryli's work experience also includes volunteering as the Media Partnership Director/Email Marketing Specialist at Decibel Festival, where they created partnerships and campaigns to boost festival attendance. Additionally, they worked as a Communications Coordinator at realself, developing relationships with reporters and writing media communications.

Ryli began their career as the Editor in Chief of the University of Idaho Argonaut, where they managed a staff and oversaw editorial content. With their diverse experience in marketing, communications, and leadership roles, Ryli has developed strong skills in driving engagement, promoting sales, and building strategic partnerships.
