Shaun Scoon has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2015 with a role at Accenture in strategy and consulting. In 2018, they joined RSM UK as an associate in corporate finance and also became a vice president in private equity at MBU Capital. In 2021, Shaun took on the role of associate director at ScaleUp Group, and in 2022, they became a guest lecturer at Imperial College London for the executive MBA program, specializing in private equity and venture capital electives. Currently, Shaun holds the position of investment director at ScaleUp Group, focusing on growth equity and private credit.
Shaun Scoon has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Imperial College Business School. Shaun also holds a Master's degree in Finance from King's College London and a LLB (Hons) degree in Law from Kingston University. Additionally, Shaun has completed the Bar Practice Course at The University of Law. Shaun has certifications such as Call to the Bar from The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, Diploma in Corporate Finance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), and memberships in Chairman's Network Ltd and British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA).
