Joseph Mercado

Joseph Mercado is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Executive Administrator and Executive Assistant at Scale Venture Partners since August 2019. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at the Mineta Transportation Institute, where responsibilities included formatting and editing over 120 research publications and providing administrative support to four directors and an executive administrative assistant. Additional experience includes a position as an Executive Assistant at American Century Investments, managing the Chief Investment Officer's travel and calendar, and serving as a Substitute Teacher for the Tracy Unified School District. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San José State University and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Chabot College.
