Students at Kanpur's private engineering colleges are just as sharp as anyone at a premier institution. What they often lack is the surrounding infrastructure: the practical training, the project experience, and the recruiter-ready profile that makes existing talent visible.

Scale addresses this directly. Over six weeks of in-person weekend sessions, students build two working AI projects, rewrite their LinkedIn profile, and leave with a portfolio strong enough to get a recruiter's attention regardless of which college they attended.

Kanpur has always produced capable engineers. Scale exists to give that capability a visible, demonstrable form so students can compete on the strength of their work.
