Henry So

Henry So is an experienced professional in product operations and strategic projects, currently serving in a role focused on Generative AI at Scale AI since November 2024. Prior to this, Henry was the Head of Product Operations at Parafin from April 2022 to November 2024, where leadership was provided for a team managing the product suite, including Cash Advance and Flex Loan. At Robinhood, from 2016 to April 2022, significant contributions were made as a Product Operations Manager, overseeing multiple products with a user base exceeding 20 million, and leading the Options product suite, which became a key revenue driver.
