Laura Bielinski

Laura Bielinski is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Lead Commercial Counsel at Scale AI since October 2023, Laura previously held the position of Commercial Counsel at Apple from May 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, providing legal advice on financing matters, leveraged acquisitions, restructuring, and debt issuances from July 2018 to May 2022. Laura began a legal career as a Corporate Associate at Reed Smith LLP, focusing on financing, real estate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and intellectual property issues from September 2016 to June 2018. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and History from Rice University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center.
