Richard Quiroz

Richard Quiroz is a Strategic Project Lead in Generative AI at Scale AI since November 2023, responsible for leading the strategic alignment and management of over 5,000 contributors to improve AI project quality and sustainability. Previous roles include Growth Lead for the Generative AI Specialists Program and Platinum Team Lead Coordinator at outlier.ai. Richard's military experience with the US Army, beginning in May 2017, includes positions such as Foreign Military Advisor, Logistics Officer, and Infantry Forward Support Company Commander. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, from the United States Military Academy at West Point, complemented by education at IESE Business School and the United States Military Academy Preparatory School. Additionally, Richard has a background in modeling and acting, with experience in TV commercials and print publications, as well as customer service at Chick-fil-A.
