Ryan Puskar

Ryan Puskar currently serves as Director of Enterprise GTM at Scale AI, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Puskar was with ActionIQ from July 2015 to January 2024, where responsibilities included building the west coast operation post-Series B funding and leading the North American sales team, achieving growth from $15M to $45M in ARR and expanding the team from 0 to 9 sales representatives. Puskar also played a key role in acquiring major enterprise logos during the company's early stages. Previous experience includes positions at Oracle as Application Sales Manager for Oracle Marketing Cloud, BlueKai as Inside Sales Director, and Gartner as Client Partner. Puskar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of North Florida, earned between 2006 and 2010.
