Shail Shah has a strong background in data engineering and machine learning, with recent experience at Bombardier and Scale AI. As a Data Engineering Intern at Bombardier from January to April 2024, Shail developed and managed data engineering pipelines utilizing various AWS services, automated ETL tasks with Python and Lambda functions, and analyzed flight data to assist in addressing client and internal inquiries. Currently serving as an ML/AI Software Engineer at Scale AI since May 2024, Shail focuses on large language models, generative AI, reinforcement learning from human feedback, data generation, model evaluation, safety, and alignment.
