Sofia Posada

Sofia Posada is an Artificial Intelligence Training Specialist at Scale AI, responsible for training and evaluating generative AI models and analyzing their outputs for data science applications. Previously, Sofia served as the Head PILOT Leader at PILOT Learning at Johns Hopkins University, leading Portuguese problem-solving sessions and managing a team of leaders. Sofia also interned in Blockchain in Healthcare at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where research focused on blockchain applications and developed a Vital Sign Simulator. At Cleveland Clinic, Sofia mentored summer interns and completed a clinical internship, gaining exposure to various medical fields and inspiring a minor in Computer Integrated Surgery. Additionally, Sofia interned at Stanford University, acquiring advanced skills in cardiothoracic surgery techniques. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a high school diploma from American Heritage Schools.
