Trevor Steeves

Trevor Steeves is an experienced facilities and workplace management professional with a proven track record in overseeing large-scale operations and projects. Currently serving as the Head of Global Workplace at Scale AI since April 2025, Trevor has previously held managerial positions at Figma, where responsibilities included managing the Workplace team and overseeing international capital projects, and at HackerOne, where global facilities operations were coordinated across multiple international offices. Trevor also served as Workplace Manager at PagerDuty, managing everyday operations and construction projects, and gained early experience as Facilities Coordinator at Stinson LLP and Charles Schwab. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
