Will van der Vaart is an experienced entrepreneur and strategic leader with a diverse background in finance and consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Synapse Virtual Production and the Founder & CEO of Connoisseur, Will has successfully built an experiential commerce startup focused on personalized tasting journeys. Additionally, Will works on strategic projects at Scale AI and provides venture and product development services as an independent consultant. Previously, Will held significant roles at Boston Consulting Group, driving climate and sustainability initiatives and leading consumer-focused transformation programs. Will's career also includes experience with Roland Berger, Furst Films, William Morris Endeavor, and Columbia Pictures. Will holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Duke University, and an MBA from Oxford University - Saïd Business School.
