Eric H. Neal

Eric H. Neal has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Their most recent position is Director, Global Events at Scaled Agile, Inc. Eric H. is responsible for implementing Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices at scale. Prior to that, Eric was the Owner, Consultant, Advisor, and Idea Generator at Neal Consulting, where they worked with non-profit and commercial businesses to develop and implement strategies for growth and employee engagement.

From 2006 to 2019, Eric served as the Director of People, Operations, and Events at FIFA, where they managed people strategy, events, customer success, and employee engagement on both a global and remote team scale. Before that, they were the Director of People, Operations, and Happiness at Inside Communications, Inc., where they focused on creating a positive work culture and meaningful employee experiences.

Prior to their role at Inside Communications, Inc., Eric worked at Unison Business Development as a Consultant, Director of HR, Customers, and Operations. Eric H. also has experience working at FedEx Kinkos International Inc, where they began as a Human Resources Supervisor and progressed to managing multiple locations.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in event management, people development, business strategy, and organizational culture. Eric H. has a strong track record of building high-performance teams and achieving long-term success for both established companies and start-ups.

Eric H. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Eric H. also obtained a Certificate in Inclusive Leadership from the same institution in 2021.
