Eric H. Neal has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Their most recent position is Director, Global Events at Scaled Agile, Inc. Eric H. is responsible for implementing Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices at scale. Prior to that, Eric was the Owner, Consultant, Advisor, and Idea Generator at Neal Consulting, where they worked with non-profit and commercial businesses to develop and implement strategies for growth and employee engagement.

Eric H. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Eric H. also obtained a Certificate in Inclusive Leadership from the same institution in 2021.
