Seth Kessler

Seth Kessler is an experienced executive in the aerospace and engineering sectors, currently serving as President and CEO of Metis Design Corporation since May 2002, where responsibilities include program management and business development. As a co-founder and executive board member of Scaled Power Incorporated, Kessler advises on legal and financial matters for this turbine system company. In addition to these roles, Kessler has contributed to SAE International as the former chair of the Aerospace Industry Steering Committee on Structural Health Monitoring, focusing on the development of industry standards. Prior experience includes work as a SkunkWorks R&D Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Kessler's educational background features multiple degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including a Ph.D. in Structural Health Monitoring and a post-doctoral fellowship in Durability of Composite Materials.
